Birth Workshop – Whether its your first baby, lucky
last or birth after caesarean, this one-day workshop teaches;
preparation for labour and birth, skills for relaxation, the
importance of movement and positioning and includes a special
focus on skills and techniques for keeping birth normal and
avoiding unnecessary interventions. You will also learn how
to use decision-making tools, which enable you to birth your

Prenatal Consultations - These are available for
women/couples who would prefer to work one-on-one with an educator
or cannot attend the workshop or course. Also suitable as a
refresher for subsequent births or individual circumstances

Caesarean
& VBAC Support Group - These informal get togethers
are run so women have a ‘safe’ place to talk about
their birth experiences, especially their caesarean experience.
The aim of the group is to give women (and their partners) the
opportunities to speak with others who share the common experience
of birthing by caesarean section and/or that are interested
or experienced in VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean). Read
